Criminal and Family Law in Washington State and around Indian Country
Justin Kover, Attorney at Law (360) 951-6962
Our firm takes a "Seven Generations" approach to your legal needs. This means that we plan for the end and for the future. For criminal cases, we look not only at the legal merits of your case but the effect on your life as a whole and how you can manage obstacles and duties under the law in a way that leaves you as strong as possible. For family law cases, the best interest of the children is the focus where children are a part of the case; in all cases, a focus on determining the true effects on your estate and your future is at the center of the discussion.
Our firm was started to serve Tribal members, which naturally requires the ability to practice in State, Federal, and Tribal Courts. No matter who you are or what your legal needs are, we are ready to press your rights in Washington, the United States Courts, and ten other federally recognized Indian Tribes.
Kover Law PLLC has been working together since 2016 and has a proven track record of success. We use that experience to help you down a path to the results you need. Check out our success stories, and then schedule your free phone consultation today.
